Forever Boop is a trading name of BGS L.L.C-FZ, a limited liability company licensed in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (License No. 2205141.01), with its registered office at Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these Terms of Service, "Forever Boop", "we", "us" and "our" refer to BGS L.L.C-FZ. "You" refers to anyone who visits this website or buys from us.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

2. Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colors can look different from screen to screen, and because every print is made from your own pet, no two finished keepsakes look the same. Results depend on how the kit is used; the free retry clay described in our Refund Policy is there for exactly that reason.

Our kits are keepsake craft products. They are not toys. Keep clay, paint and small parts away from children and pets when not in use, and supervise your pet during the three seconds of contact.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless your currency is selected at checkout. Prices, promotions and product availability can change at any time without notice. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing or listing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when you order, including any shipping option you choose.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping options, delivery times and risk of loss are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and our happy-print guarantee are described in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

6. Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review, photo or other content, it must be your own, honest and based on your real experience with a product you bought. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce and share that content in connection with Forever Boop. We do not pay for reviews, and we do not remove reviews because they are critical, but we may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or not about the product.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photographs, graphics, logos and the Forever Boop name, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose; to interfere with its security or operation; to upload malicious code; to scrape or harvest data; or to impersonate any person. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these rules.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS AND IN OUR REFUND POLICY, THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOREVER BOOP AND BGS L.L.C-FZ, ITS MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited only to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forever Boop and BGS L.L.C-FZ from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

12. Disputes and governing law

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at support@foreverboop.com. Most concerns can be resolved quickly, and we ask that you give us 30 days to try before starting any formal proceedings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action.

If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts where the law gives you that right. Nothing in this section takes those rights away.

13. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
