This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit foreverboop.com or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. BGS L.L.C-FZ is the controller of your personal information.

Information we collect

  • Contact and order details: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and the products you order.
  • Payment information: processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We receive confirmation of payment but not your full card number.
  • Communications: messages you send us, reviews and photos you choose to share.
  • Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and how you interact with the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

  • To process, ship and support your orders, including returns and the happy-print guarantee.
  • To communicate with you about your order and answer your questions.
  • To send marketing emails if you have signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click.
  • To measure and improve our website and advertising, and to show you relevant ads on other platforms.
  • To detect fraud, keep the site secure and comply with the law.

Who we share it with

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfill orders and meet tax and accounting obligations, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Children
