We ship worldwide. Standard shipping is free on every order.

Delivery estimates start when your order is placed and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs checks, holidays and remote destinations can add time.
Order confirmation and tracking
You will receive an order confirmation by email right after checkout, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Customs, duties and taxes
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. Unless these are collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient. Parcels refused because of unpaid duties are not eligible for a refund of shipping costs.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your parcel has not arrived 20 business days after dispatch, email support@foreverboop.com and we will investigate with the carrier. Orders shipped with Priority Shipping + Insurance that are confirmed lost or damaged are replaced or refunded in full. For other orders, we will work with the carrier on a claim and help you find a fair solution. Damaged or incorrect items are always covered by our Refund Policy.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before completing your order. If you spot a mistake, email us right away; we can update the address until the order has been dispatched. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Risk of loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the address you provided.
